Return & Refund Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from
the date of delivery.
• The product must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
•In original condition with tags and packaging intact
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2.Return Charges
•If a product is returned, a ₹200 deduction
will be made from the refund amount to cover shipping and delivery charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy
•Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after approval.
•The refund amount will be credited to the
original mode of payment.
• 200 will be deducted from the total
product value for return shipping.

4. Exchange Policy
•Size exchange is allowed only, subject to
stock availability.
•Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
•Only one exchange per order is permitted.
•Exchange is not applicable on sale or discounted items.

5. Non-Returnable & Non- Exchange Items
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special discounts
• Customized or altered products • Accessories

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
• In case of a damaged, defective, or
incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with proper images or video.
After verification, Advelorne will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
•Once the order is shipped, cancellation is
not allowed.

8. Important Notes
• Advelorne reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request.
Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
